The hands-on responsibilities and team approach of Company Directors Martin Stephens (Business Development and Construction), Peter Cottam (Service, Joinery and Small Works), Alistair Doré (Finance and Accounting) underpin our organisation with a powerful and proven synergy. We employ only experienced and qualified Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Site Foremen. Because we employ our own qualified tradesmen and apprentices, we are better able to maintain high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

We are committed to the future of our industry, and training is regularly undertaken externally and within our business activities. Clelands Construction Limited is a long time Registered Master Builder.
