The Landscape Industries Association of New Zealand Inc (Landscaping New Zealand) holds bi-annual awards for the members skills to be showcased. In 2008, JB's No 1 Landscaping Services was an award winner in the "Landscape Construction", residential catorgory. JB's No 1 Landscaping Services is owned and operated by John Bettridge and his partner, Leonie Penney. Based in Snells Beach, Warkworth, we cover Rodney East - from Gulf Harbour to Mangawhai. ServicesPrior to starting his own landscaping business over 13 years ago, John worked in the building industry and also in the Banking industry, as a Financial Analyst. This background provided him with the skills and business acumen to run a very successful landscaping business.
JB's No 1 Landscaping Services cater to the one day project, right through to the large residentual projects, implementing from design plan stage with both hard and soft landscaping. This includes: - Fences - Decks - Timber and Keystone block retaining walls - Paving - Outdoor timber construction - Planting - Garden Makeovers John likes to meet with the clients to get an overview of the project from their perspective. With a pragmatic approach, John can work with existing plans or work with the clients own ideas.
