You'll know what your new home will cost before the building commences. We'll explain exactly what the fixed price contract covers. Often competitors will give you low-price specification provisional sums to offer an overall lower price. This means that you may end up with contract variations that cost you a lot more in the finish. Remember, your budget is fixed with Jennian; no surprises.
