We'll work with you on a fixed completion date during the construction of your home, and tell you what your new home will cost before building starts.
Our staged payment contract means that you only pay for what we've built.

All our work comes with a MasterBuild Guarantee, along with a 365 day maintenance period. Under the 'Building Act' your Jennian Builder provides you with warranties as to the quality of your home for a period of 10 years. We also guarantee all of our workmanship.

We'll provide you with your own website that is regularly updated with photographs and news about the progress on your home.
