Diamond Homes is a locally owned Building Company based in the Manawatu, and was established by the Principal Geoff Boyden in 1992.

We are proud to serve the greater Manawatu region, Southern Hawkes Bay, Northern Wairarapa, Northern Horowhenua and Rangitikei District.

WE WORK WITH YOU

Diamond Homes works closely with their clients to establish a professional and friendly working relationship, to get a solid understanding of what is required before commencing with the design process. All consideration is given to your section lay-out, orientation, and design-style from floor plan to the completed look for your new home.

IN-HOUSE DESIGNERS

With our own in-house designers working on Cad Architect Design Programs we are able to work along-side our clients to establish their personal requirements, including these into the floor lay-out, then present professional sets of scheme plans for consideration before final working drawings are completed.

EASY-TO-FOLLOW BUILDING AGREEMENTS

Our building agreements are precise and easy to follow. We offer guaranteed fixed cost building agreements, which means no large dollar over-runs at the completion of building your new home. Before commencing with the building process we submit all plans to the Local Council for Consents on your behalf, and gain the Code of Completion Certificate on the completion of the home.
