Cottages New Zealand was established in 2004. Since then we have produced over 180 buildings.

In 2006, Cottages New Zealand were awarded Hawke’s Bay Chamber of Commerce awards for Small Business and Supreme Business of the Year.

Cottages New Zealand is a family owned and operated business. Company Directrors, John and Rose Roil work actively in the business. They are supported by a Sales Team comprising Sales Manager Byron Fergus and his assistant Vicky and a highly experienced Construction Team including Construction Foreman Steve Williams and his crew of 5 construction staff.

Our extensive range of cottages provides you with the flexibility to choose exactly the space, design and options to meet your needs. We offer strong, professionally designed, well built, attractive and affordable cottages that are available as transportable / relocatable buildings or can be built onsite.

We pride ourselves on our personal service. We fully understand that buying a Cottage is a huge decision to make and a very personal one. We strive to make the process as positive and stress free as possible. While some people may think that once a building is constructed for or sold to a client that it is the end of the process, we would say it is only the start. Our business thrives on positive word of mouth and we value what our customers have to say.
During last year we sold 2 additional Cottages to a previous customer and are currently building a new Cottage for another previous client.
