From small alterations through to large scale projects our customers come first and we strive to keep them informed every step of the way. We are dedicated to making the building process as simple as it can be with a keen focus on clear and open communication and we like to keep things simple.

That’s why everything we do is ‘Open Book’. Open Book billing and quoting is one of our main points of difference. We tell our customers how much the materials cost, what our margin is and how much labour costs. It means our customers know exactly what they are paying for, no grey areas!

Piper Construction started as a result of Owner, Sharn Piper’s vision to revolutionise the building industry through an ethos to provide quality workmanship and open, honest and frank communication.

Sharn spent years working for others in the industry and saw numerous less-than-satisfied customers due to ineffective communication, hidden costs, missed deadlines and a general lack of customer care. Seeing an opportunity to go out on his own he started Piper Construction in 2008.

The company quickly grew and gained a brilliant reputation for both our quality of workmanship and our excellent customer focused service.

By communicating effectively, being open and honest in all aspects of construction, transparent about pricing and costs Piper Construction aims to eradicate the somewhat historic and less than trustworthy image of the average builder.
