Being a smaller practice mean’s that our overheads are lower and our design abilities can be applied in an efficient ‘no fuss’ way. This gives us the flexibility we need to approach design work in an resourceful and innovative fashion.

Larger firms are often bound by procedure, and systems. This is not only expensive, but it often inhibits good creative design. We believe that our approach to residential design is refreshing, efficient, and creative without losing sight of the overall objective.

We provide the full range of architectural services including: Feasibility Studies, Concept Design, Working Drawings, Building Consent Documentation & advice, Contract Administration (recommending and co-ordinating other consultants, recommending contractors, tendering, site inspections, preparing building contracts, payment, progress claim certification etc.

Brendan Conroy has 20 years experience as a NZ registered architect. Being a smaller practise, most of the technical work (draughting etc) is done by Brendan Conroy himself.
