In Wellington, we currently offer 3 architecturally designed houses in our investment range - the 3 bedroom Harvey, and the 4 bedroom Bella & Ruby homes. The Harvey is a modern, architecturally designed 3-bedroom home of 143m2. Each will feature a bathroom and ensuite, a double internal access garage, and an open plan living and kitchen area with study. The majority of the homes will be positioned so that the main living area faces north. There will be a concrete driveway, path, and patio area on all sites. The modern Ruby & Bella's are architecturally designed 4-bedroom homes of approximately 160m2. Each home will feature a separate bathroom and ensuite, double internal access garage, and an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area.
