Architectural practice undertaking a wide range of projects. The practice provides full architectural services along with urban design, environmental assessment reports for Resource Consents and Encroachment Licences. The office is equipped with ArchiCAD 3D architectural computer software used in the preparation of concept design, presentations and contract documentation. Goodson Architects is a New Zealand Institute of Architects Practice and a signatory to the Ministry of the Environment Urban Design Protocol.

Design & Documentation: concept design; construction documentation; 3D computer modeling; presentation documents; colour schemes.
Project Administration: building consent applications; tendering; contract administration; construction observation.

Commercial & Industrial, Office & Commercial Interiors, Educational, Apartments, Multi-Unit Residential, New Private Residential, Residential Alterations. Recent work includes a retail development, multi-storey apartment buildings, a 4000 square metre warehouse, commercial interiors & multi-unit residential developments.
In addition, we have undertaken design-build solutions for industrial projects providing a complete building service for clients. Commercial work includes repairs to leaky buildings requiring weather-tightness solutions.
