1. By entering this competition each participant is deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter of the competition is Construction Marketing Services Ltd. (the Promoter), in partnership with Dunlop Living.
3. This competition will run from 9.00am on Friday 1st April 2011, and will close at 3.00pm on Friday, 30th March 2012. Only valid entries received by the Promoter during this period may be entered.
4. For an entry to be valid all applicable details must be accurate and complete. Required details are Name, valid email address and valid phone number.
5. Each participant may only enter the promotion once. Multiple entries will not be valid entries.
6. The draw will take place at midday on the Weds 4th April 2012.
7. The participant with the valid entry selected from the draw will be contacted by phone within 12 hours after the draw, if the winner is does not respond or answer within 5 days then that participant forfeits its right and the Promoter shall be entitled to draw a new winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. The promoter will then inform the winner which Harvey Norman Store closest to their location will be handling the furnishing transaction.
9. The winning participant will then be able to select Dunlop Living furnishings to the value of $10,000 from the local Harvey Norman store noted above in point 8.
10. The participant selected pursuant to paragraphs 5 and 6 above will, at the request of the Promoter, be required to attend the Promoter’s specified premises at the Promoter’s cost, at a time nominated by the Promoter.
11. The participant selected pursuant to these terms must provide proof of identity prior to being declared the winner.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.
13. The winner of the prize may select $10,000 retail value of furnishing from Dunlop Living as listed on the Dunlop Living website, www.dunlopliving.co.nz.
14. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with the delivery of the winning items.
15. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
16. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. The draw is not open to employees and contractors of the Promoter or its related companies or their families or to franchisees of the Promoter or their families.
17. No responsibility is taken by the Promoter or its related companies or franchisees for lost, misdirected, incorrect or other unsuccessful attempts to enter.
18. All applicants must be over the age of 21 to enter.
19. Entry into this competition constitutes consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s name and particulars (including without limitation print, electronic media, photographs and filming) for promotional purposes.
20. Any personal information collected in connection with this competition will be held by the Promoter. Participants have rights to access any personal information held by the Promoter, and to request that a correction be made to that information. Any information collected may be used by the Promoter, its related companies or affiliates for the purposes of this competition and to inform you of products and services of the Promoter, its related companies and affiliates from time to time. By entering into this competition you authorise the Promoter, its related companies and affiliates to use your information for these purposes. Also, by providing an email address, you will be deemed to have given your consent to the Promoter, its related companies, suppliers and affiliates sending you information on its products to that email address.
