Lloyd Construction is a family owned and operated building and construction company based in the lower north island.

Being members of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand ensures our builders are trade qualified and we support our apprentices to reach their trade qualifications. We have a strong focus on workplace safety and all our staff hold site-safe passports.

Our passion is for eco-friendly and energy-efficient design. The FPB principles fit well into this concept. We welcome you to visit our ‘Newliving’ Showhome in Bishop’s Vineyard, Ohau (south of Levin) opening in November, which showcases our passion for Eco-friendly design.
