Vision Homes Ltd are a Hawkes Bay locally owned and independent building company established in 1994 by Alan Dick and Peter Roughan to provide well built quality homes using local tradesmen. Vision Homes are members of The Certified Builders Association of New Zealand, which guarantee your home is built by a trade qualified Builder and is backed with a 10 year Homefirst Builders Guarantee.

We offer a free design and build service or drawings may be chosen from our range of plans and adapted to suit your own requirements. With more than 14 years experience and over 250 homes completed Vision Homes are the building specialists and have a team of reliable and skilled subcontractors to complete your home within budget and on time.

Vision Homes Taupo Ltd was established in 2007 as a natural expansion of the company, co-owned and managed by Paul and Liz Drake, Vision Homes Taupo offers the same quality and service.

Vision Homes have a strong focus on showhomes and proudly have these open for viewing in Napier and Taupo.

Currently under construction is the Vision Homes Future-Proof Building show home in Arataki Mews, Havelock North. This will be opening in 2011, showcasing quality products and new ideas that are in line with what Vision and Future-Proof Building represent. Diane Dysart is the consultant looking after the Havelock/Hastings area, and will be available to meet any clients interesting in knowing more about building a new home in this area.
