Future-Proof Building is in the planning stage of the renovation "Tomorrow's Showhome" in Ellerslie, in conjunction with Certified Renovations Ltd, a Registered Master Builder. This unique Showhome will demonstrate a variety of Future-Proof options available to homeowners who are contemplating renovation.
The project will take approximately 6 months and will include adding a second storey, upgrading the kitchen and laundry, and enhancing living areas. “The idea is to take a typical kiwi weatherboard home and inspire people as to what they can achieve. Like many older homes in NZ this one has no insulation, bad electrical wiring, plumbing, and rotting weatherboards”, Ian Watt, National TSH Sales Manager.
