What is so great about this project is that we’ve been able to develop a display home facility that also intuitively transforms into a state of the art sporting facility! In conjunction with Bella Homes and Northland Cricket we developed this home which is also the home team pavilion of the Northern Knights (Northern Districts Cricket team). This collaboration is part of a bid to get international fixtures held at the Cobham Oval and the home is situated right on the boundary line!

We are proud to be involved with the flashest players sporting facility in the country. Visitors to this home will be able to see some of the key elements of Future-Proof Building that have gone into this home. This includes efficient water heating options for high use, peak demand water. Water and energy conservation through careful, quality design and specification.  Plus some amazing aesthetical features such as  an outdoor fireplace clad in beautiful natural schist, multiple zone audio and lighting control, and some of the latest interior design products to compliment this magnificent setting.
